Complete Genetics Evaluation (this is a comprehensive consultation including detailed history, review of records, focused and/or expanded physical examination, and education/counseling):

CPT Codes: 99244 or 99245

Initial Interview with genetics counselor or nurse practitioner (includes obtaining detailed history and medical records, a focused/dysmorphology exam, and education/counseling):

CPT codes: 99242, 99243, or 99244

We accept Missouri Medicaid, MC+, Arkansas Medicaid, private insurance, self-pay, and Bureau of Special Health Care Needs.
